Responsibilities

• You shall be reporting to the Line Manager, at Exam Unit for all duties assigned to you. In the absence of the Line Manager, at Exam’s Unit.
• To be responsible to travel in respect of the following to all Branch Campuses.
• To provide all assistance and implementation for the preparation and execution of all matters in respect of all university examinations not limited to the issues of timetables for the entire university inclusive of all Branch Campuses and duly report to the relevant Line Manager.
• To do photocopying of exam papers, documents etc. as requested by staff.
• To be responsible for the release of marks.
• To facilitate room booking.
• To maintain cleanliness of the storeroom and to dispose examination scripts on semester basis.
• To conduct invigilation on ad hoc basis including invigilating during Supplementary Exam.
• To handle all the administrative functions pertaining to examinations, including invigilation duties and examination planning, organizing and executing.
• To serve students’ needs at the counter at all times and to exhibit highest level of customer service but yet remain stern and affirmed in matters related to rules and regulations.
• To prepare seat number and seat allocation during exam.
• To be responsible for records keeping and data entry.
• To provide assistance to planning, organizing and coordinating the annual Convocation ceremony and duly report the same to the Registrar.
• To perform any other duties relating to the above as may be assigned by your Line Manager from time to time.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years working experience in administration.
• Pro-active and self-motivated, with the ability to work independently as well as participate within the team.
• Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines, possess a mature attitude and a good team player.
