Responsibilities
- Marketing Management
- Plan, develop and implement marketing strategies for the successful recruitment of international students for UCSI University.
- Source for, negotiate and sign agreements with international student’s recruitment agents.
- Initiate direct marketing approach.
- Explore the potential of collaboration projects.
- Sales Management
- Lead and manage a team of staff to achieve overall sales target per intake at minimum growth rate per intake.
- Set sales target and organise resources to achieve the stretched targets.
- Participate actively in all relevant and appropriate overseas promotional activities (roadshows, exhibitions, and education fairs) related to the international market.
- Answer all enquiries, provide up-to-date information, develop disseminate relevant promotional materials and conduct all product training pertaining to international student’s recruitments.
- Agent Management
- Liaison with all international student’s recruitment agents and relevant authorities and to coordinate, receive and attend to all international’s students.
- Support and coordinate agent recruitment activities, commission payment and marketing arrangement.
- Identify and appoint new agents in order to expand and diversify recruitment channels and also markets.
- Services and Administrative
- Conduct market survey, analyse research findings, set targets, budget proposal and prepare market analysis quarterly.
- Maintain process and operational efficiency of the department as well as keeping the team motivated.
- Ensure all the marketing reports are completed and submitted in a timely manner.
- Ensure sufficient resources to cope with the internal and external activities.
- Development
- Assist in the development projects and programmes of activities undertaken by the Sales & Marketing such as the implementation of customer care survey / feedback.
- Assist in any other projects when required.
Requirements
- Candidate must possess a minimum Bachelor’s degree qualification.
- Candidates with at least 7-10 years of related working experience are preferred.
- Candidates must be pro-active, self-motivated, capable of working under pressure and multitask in a fast-moving environment.
- Candidates must be proficient in verbal and written language skills.
