Responsibilities

• Maintains on inventory of materials and supplies such as telephone sets, cords, faceplates, and repair parts.
• Plans, analyses, and designs layout on maintenance providing.
• Responds to telephone system emergency situations such as service interruption, PABX system failure, power outages, and damaged cable.
• Maintain confidentiality, safety and security standards at all times on assigned projects.
• Respond to customer requests, questions or concerns in a professional and timely manner.
• Performs service / installation, configuration, and maintenance of alarm system and CCTV.
• Evaluates, diagnoses, troubleshoots systems and perform repairs as necessary.
• Coordinates all operation such as installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting with suppliers by changing parts and replacing with new parts.
• Ensure continuous recording system and able to extract recording from system.
• Ensure continuous functioning of alarm system.

Requirements

• Candidates must possess a minimum three (3) year working experience.
• Candidates must be able to work under pressure and meet deadlines, possess a mature attitude and a good team player.
• Candidates must possess good project and time management skills
• Candidates must know the principles of alarm system and CCTV unit repair and maintenance, including controls, safety practices and procedures and tools used.
• Candidates must possess strong communication skills, both written and verbal, and fluent in English.
