Responsibilities

You shall be reporting to the Head of Transportation Service for all duties assigned to you. In the absence of the Vice President, you are to report Manager, Group Logistics Management.

1. Driving the company vehicles for appointed staff to appointments, and functions during the working day and after hours as necessary whereas punctuality us if essence.
2. Observing the road and traffic laws and regulations.
3. Ensure that safe driving practices are adhered to including local driving codes and internally agreed standards.
4. Maintain a record of vehicles usage log sheet when using Company vehicle.
5. Ensure the safety of passengers and vehicles all times during duty.
6. Maintain high standard of service to both internal and external guests.
7. Ensure car security and maintenance.
8. Assist in administrative work such as log official trips, daily mileage, gas consumption etc.

Requirements

1. Applicant must possess a bus driving license as well having additional license to drive lorry (GDL) is an advantage.
2. Demonstrate knowledge about roads in Klang Valley.
3. Good eye vision, hand-eye coordination, hearing and stamina.
4. Good in map-reading skills
5. Punctuality and good in math as need to make change, count supplies and use basic math.
