Congratulations to Assistant Professor Dr Hiram Ting for being conferred the Emerald’s Literati Award on his paper'The relationship between training satisfaction, organisational citizenship behaviour, and turnover intention' published in the Journal of Organisational Effectiveness: People and Performance.
