在全球健康挑战日益提高、消费者需求不断演变的背景下，营养师不再仅是健康倡导者——他们更是领导者、策略师与创新者。UCSI 大学的 营养与管理理学硕士课程，通过结合先进的营养科学与实用的商业与领导力技能，赋予学生在快速发展的食品与健康领域中发挥变革性作用的能力。

这是一门以授课型学习为主的研究生课程，专为营养师、医疗保健专业人士及有志在营养、健康服务、食品企业及创业领域产生实际影响力的未来领导者而设计。
课程核心涵盖临床与社区营养学、公共健康策略、营养与慢性病、食品安全与可持续发展、营养流行病学以及功能性食品开发。这些科学基础课程旨在提升学生在不同人群与环境中评估、规划及实施有效营养干预的能力。
本课程的独特之处在于与UCSI商学研究院合作，融入商业与创业的综合训练。学生将学习商业规划、营养创业、人力资源管理、数码营销、企业法律事务以及国际商业战略——所有内容均结合健康与福祉行业的实际应用场景。
此混合课程尤其适合在零售、健康科技、咨询、食品创新领域工作的营养师，或希望转向营养企业管理及战略领导岗位的人士。本课程契合国家发展目标，与马来西亚第 11 个五年计划（11th Malaysia Plan）中的关键策略保持一致，旨在通过优化健康服务与专业能力建设提升国民福祉。
评估方式包括案例分析、商业计划书、项目展示、饮食干预方案设计以及结合科学知识与管理问题解决能力的顶点项目（Capstone Project）。不同于传统研究论文，学生将完成与业界实践紧密结合、具有现实价值的实践项目。
毕业生可胜任多样化岗位，包括营养顾问、健康项目经理、创业者、企业健康管理负责人、食品企业高管或公共及私人部门的政策顾问。本课程同时支持在职营养师的职业发展，助力晋升至高级管理岗位或专业咨询领域。
Academic Requirements
BSc (Hons)
- A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a related field with a minimum CGPA of 2.50, as accepted by the HEP Senate; or
- A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a related field with a CGPA of less than 2.50, and a minimum of 5 years of working experience in a relevant field.
- Candidates with a Bachelor’s degree (Level 6, Malaysian Qualifications Framework) in a science discipline not directly related to the programme, with a minimum CGPA of 2.50 or its equivalent, as accepted by the HEP Senate, are required to enrol in and successfully complete bridging course(s) upon admission. These courses are intended to ensure that candidates acquire the necessary foundational knowledge relevant to the programme.
English Language Requirements
- TOEFL: Minimum score of 410 (paper-based) or 79 (internet-based), with no less than 17 in each of the four components
- IELTS: Minimum score of 6.0
- CIEP: Minimum score of 109
