这是一门以课程学习为核心的研究生课程,专为希望在职业生涯中脱颖而出、掌握商业战略,及掌握创新管理与生物科技创业技能的科学专业人士量身打造。
课程以扎实的科学基础为起点,涵盖分子生物学、生物工艺工程、产品开发以及健康、农业和工业领域的生物科技应用等核心模块。本课程的独特之处在于与商业课程的结合,由 UCSI 大学商学研究院(马来西亚领先私立商学院之一)协作开设,为学生提供战略视角与商业洞察。
学员将探索技术商业化、创新战略、项目管理、生物经济学、投资分析和市场研究等主题,并以生物科技为视角进行深入学习。混合型课程设计让毕业生能评估生物科技产品的可行性、推动研发战略、管理知识产权,并在快速发展的市场中成功定位创新成果。
课程考核包括案例分析、商业计划书、战略评估、研究作业、演示汇报以及整合科学与商业内容的毕业论文。不同于传统的研究论文,课程最终以顶点项目(Capstone Project)或面向商业的研究项目为目的,确保与实际应用紧密相关。
毕业生可胜任的岗位包括生物科技业务开发、创新管理、产品策略、药政事务专员或科学型创业者等角色。本课程亦是进入风险投资支持的初创企业、生物科技咨询公司,或生物制药与农业生物科技公司高管职位的理想跳板。
Academic Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree
- A Bachelor’s degree (Level 6, MQF) in a related field with a minimum CGPA of 2.75, or its equivalent, as accepted by the HEP Senate; or
- A Bachelor’s degree (Level 6, MQF) in a related field with a minimum CGPA of 2.50 but less than 2.75, or its equivalent, may be accepted subject to a rigorous internal assessment; or
- A Bachelor’s degree (Level 6, MQF) in a related field with a CGPA of less than 2.50, or its equivalent, may be accepted subject to a minimum of 5 years’ working experience in a relevant field.
- Candidates with a Bachelor’s degree (Level 6, Malaysian Qualifications Framework) in a science discipline not directly related to the programme, with a minimum CGPA of 2.75 or its equivalent, as accepted by the HEP Senate, are required to enrol in and successfully complete bridging course(s) upon admission. These courses are intended to ensure that candidates acquire the necessary foundational knowledge relevant to the programme.
