Academic Requirements
*All qualification below is compulsory with 2 years of working experience in related/relevant field.
STPM
Minimum 2C (GPA 2.00) in Biology and 1 science subject
Diploma in Allied Health Sciences/Biomedical Sciences/Medical Technology
Minimum CGPA of 2.00
Foundation
Minimum CGPA of 2.00, inclusive grade C (GPA 2.00) in Biology and 1 science subject
UEC
Minimum 5 credits (B6) inclusive Biology and 1 science subject
Other equivalent qualifications
To be reviewed by the faculty on a case-to-case basis
English Language Requirements
As the programme’s medium of instruction is English, students must possess one of the following qualifications:

For Local Students
- In the event that the English language requirements are not met, applicants will be required to take the Basic English and English Foundation for in-sessional academic enhancement concurrently with the programme.
For International Students
- In the event that the English Language Requirements are not met, applicant is required to sit for the English Placement Test, which may result in the taking of the English for Tertiary Education (1 to 10 months). Students who intend to pursue the above undergraduate programme directly, are advised to fulfil the above English requirements prior to commencing their studies at the University.
English Language Course Exemption:
Applicants from the countries where English is the primary language may be exempted from taking English classes at UCSI University. Applicants pursuing Bachelor's or Master's degrees at other universities where English is the medium of instruction may be exempt from taking English classes at UCSI University, provided the Registrar of their alma mater issues an official letter confirming this exemption.
