概述
UCSI的哲学博士(药剂科学)是一个多学科研究生学位课程，旨在进一步提高硕士学位持有人在药物研究和开发，以及学术方面的技能。拥有化学、药物化学、生理学 、药理学、微生物学、药代动力学、药剂学和制剂科学背景的学生皆适合报读。本课程具有足够的灵活性，适合具制药或科学资格的学生进修。此课程毕业生将具备在研究计划、实验设计和科学分析方面的先进知识。

Academic Requirements
Relevant Master’s degree or equivalent OR
Bachelor’s degree with minimum CGPA of 3.67 or its equivalent from relevant academic programmes recognised by Malaysian government or accepted by the UCSI University Senate and with research component in the final year, to be assessed by the Faculty. All applications must pass related qualifying evaluation with Senate approval.
A Master’s degree or equivalent professional qualification in a relevant discipline, as recognised by the Senate.

- International applicants who do not meet the respective academic programme’s English Language Requirement will need to improve their proficiency by enrolling into the English for Tertiary Education programme (R/KJP/00920-00929) which helps them prepare for attaining a required band score. Placement into the various levels of the English for Tertiary Education programme depends on the English Language qualification students have at the point of admission and/or the outcome of the English Placement Test. The maximum duration allowed for the international applicants to fulfill the English Language requirement is 2 years.
- The applicants who have met the respective academic programme’s English Language Requirement may be advised by Faculty to improve their proficiency by undertaking the additional English proficiency courses.
- Applicants from the countries where English is the primary language may be exempted from taking English classes at UCSI University. Applicants who are pursuing Bachelor’s & Master’s degrees in other universities that use English as the medium of instruction may be exempted from taking English classes at UCSI University if the alma mater’s Registrar issues an official letter indicating so to the University. Applicants may be required to attend an interview, conducted by UCSI’s faculty experts, or sit for a written test before they are accepted for admission.
