Academic Requirements
SPM / O-Levels
Completed Sijil Pelajaran Malaysia (SPM) with three (3) credits in Mathematics, one science subject (Biology / Chemistry / Physics / General Science) and one any other subject, or its equivalent.
STPM
Completed Sijil Tinggi Persekolahan Malaysia (STPM) with a minimum of Grade C (GP2.00) in any subject, or its equivalent; and completed SPM with three (3) credits in Mathematics, one science subject (Biology / Chemistry / Physics / General Science) and one any other subject, or its equivalent.
STAM
Pass Sijil Tinggi Agama Malaysia (STAM) with a minimum grade of Maqbul, or its equivalent; and possess SPM with three (3) credits in Mathematics, one science subject (biology/chemistry/physics/general science) and one any other subject, or its equivalent.
SKM
A pass in Sijil Kemahiran Malaysia (SKM) (Level 3, MQF) in a related field (health science related) and possess SPM with one (1) credit.
Certificate
A Certificate (Level 3, MQF) in a related field with a minimum CGPA of 2.00, or its equivalent.
UEC
Minimum grade B in 3 subjects, inclusive of Mathematics and 1 science subject.

- International applicants who do not meet the respective academic programme’s English Language Requirement will need to improve their proficiency by enrolling into the English for Tertiary Education programme (R/KJP/00920-00929) which helps prepare them in attaining a required band score.
