通过 UCSI 大学营养与保健(荣誉)理学士课程,开启将科学与关怀相结合的职业之路。这一开创性课程培养学生具备引导个人与社区迈向更健康、更平衡生活的能力。从解析食品与代谢科学,到掌握生活方式干预、健康指导及疾病预防,你将具备成为可信赖健康倡导者所需的知识与同理心。
你将学习营养如何影响身心健康,掌握评估膳食需求、制定个性化营养方案的方法,并提升沟通与创业能力,在快速发展的健康产业中发出自己的声音。无论你希望参与健康政策制定、领导健康创业公司,或通过循证营养赋能个人,本课程都是你实现影响力的最佳起点。
这是一门多学科课程,将营养科学、行为健康与健康促进紧密结合。课程涵盖人类营养学、生物化学、食品安全、代谢健康、运动营养、社区营养及非传染性疾病膳食管理等综合内容,同时培养学生在健康指导、功能性食品、补充健康实践及健康传播策略方面的能力。
本课程的特点在于兼顾科学严谨性与实际健康应用。学生将学习如何评估饮食行为、分析营养状况并实施有效的健康干预。通过生命全周期营养、营养免疫学及营养与心理健康等模块,深入了解饮食行为与环境如何共同影响整体健康结果。
课堂之外,学生将通过社区服务、健康推广活动及行业合作实习参与实际学习,接触健康中心、食品企业、健康度假村及非政府组织等多样化场景。同时,课程提供创业实践机会,教授学生如何在竞争激烈、快速发展的健康产业中进行品牌建设、营销及健康服务交付。
评估方式多样且注重应用,包括笔试、膳食规划作业、营养评估、案例分析展示、小组健康项目、实践指导模拟及毕业研究项目,确保毕业生既具学术基础,又能胜任实际工作。
毕业生可胜任营养咨询、健康与幸福指导、企业健康管理、社区健康推广、功能性食品研发及公共健康教育等岗位。部分毕业生亦从事私人执业、社会创业,或继续攻读研究型研究生课程或 营养与商业管理理学硕士。
Academic Requirements
UCSI Foundation in Science or equivalent in Malaysia
A minimum CGPA of 2.00 and a minimum of Grade C+ (GPA 2.33) in any TWO (2) of the following subjects:

National Matriculation

毕业后的学生可以从事以下领域的职业:
- 健康和营养顾问 – 为那些已完成健康风险测试的客户提供卫生保健和营养的教育培训。
- 营养学教育工作者/辅导员 – 帮助制定计划以教育特定人口群体有关营养、健康状况和整体健康的做法。
