概述
马来西亚药剂学的各个领域都正在迅速发展，包括药物生物学、药剂科技、药剂化学和临床药学等。对此，UCSI药剂科学院开设了许多优秀的课程，以满足国家和全球药剂领域迅速变化的需求。药剂学（荣誉）学士课程的前半部着重于药学的基础知识，以为之后的学习打好基础。课程的独特之处在于，它以综合课程为开始，而其中药剂学的四个主要学科为身体各个系统的研究。学生对于这种学习方式给予了高度评价，因为这可迅速增进他们对药学知识的理解。这也在学生们将来在药剂师的实践上，打下了坚实基础。修读这门课程的学生也将在各实习工作中，加强对药剂学的知识和技能。UCSI药剂学课程除了培养学生职业发展上所需的研究技能外，也重视学生的创造性和批判性思维。
课程的四个主要学科：
- 生理学和药理学
- 药剂化学
- 制药学及制药技术
- 临床药学及药学实践
UCSI大学的药学课程注重培养专业、有竞争力的药学毕业生，注重学术能力、研究技能和软技能，同时强调沟通、团队合作、批判性思维、创新思维、创业精神和领导力。

此药剂学（荣誉）学士课程获得马来西亚药剂局的认可。
课程详细内容
这是一门为期4 年的课程。
每学年有2 个长学期（包括14 周授课及2 周考试）， 长学期于2 月及9 月份开课 。
此外，学生还需在最后一学年进行研发项目。
面试
学术资历符合资格的申请者将需进行入学面试，相关面试将决定是否成功入学。
评估
UCSI药剂科学院重视对学习成果的评估，以培育合格、专业的药剂师。其评估范围包括：理论、沟通能力、专业知识、分析能力和批判性思维技能。
评估方式包括：各科作业、实习及探访报告、呈堂报告、专题研究报告、病人咨询、辅导课、难题处理、期末考试。

International applicants who do not meet the respective academic programme’s English Language Requirement will need to improve their proficiency by enrolling into the English for Tertiary Education programme (R/KJP/00920-00929) which helps them prepare for attaining a required band score. Placement into the various levels of the English for Tertiary Education programme depends on the English Language qualification students have at the point of admission and/or the outcome of the English Placement Test.
Applicants who have met the respective academic programme’s English Language Requirement may be advised by the faculty to improve their proficiency by undertaking the additional English proficiency courses.

在近年内提高国内药剂师数量，是马来西亚的愿景之一。在实现这一目标的同时，也将提高医药分家的可行性。医药分家系统是一项让药剂师能履行责任，根据医生处方配药的规定。透过医药分家系统，药剂师除了提供药物治疗的重要信息外，还进一步帮助病人筛选和识别与药物相关的问题，让民众获益。相信医药分家将提高国内药剂师所扮演的角色。
随着公众对药学认识的提高，大家所知道的药剂相关职业包括：社区药剂师、工业药剂师和医院临床药剂师，三大职业选择。
