概述
本课程旨在培养对石油和天然气勘探、生产和开发,有着扎实基础知识的学生。
我们为课程设计了均衡的学习内容,侧重于上游与下游工业。课程范围广泛,包括数学、基础科学、电脑学、工程学导论、地质学与岩石物理学、钻井工程、油藏工程、采油工程、经济和项目管理,同时也涵盖了人文和社会科学。
此课程的特色:
- 商业油槽模拟软件被采用于教学过程中
- 水库工程包括了岩石和流体性质的元素,以提高石油和天然气工程的采收效率
- 石油和天然气的生产包括了钻井、油井探测和维修
- 实地考察
- 实验室里研究钻孔、岩石和流体性质
- 油田开发项目;
- 最后一年的研究和开发项目
在这个课程中,学生在第二及第三学年的时候,必须进行企业实习培训计划。这项计划的目的是为学生提供一个途径,让学生实际接触到工作的环境,并培训他们的软技能。
