概述
本课程旨在为学生提供电子、半导体及人工智能(AI)等核心技能,以满足快速发展的微电子产业需求。学制为三年,其中包含两年校园学习,以及可选的一年产学结合模式(2U1I),让学生在企业中完成为期一年的实习实践。通过这一系统化的实习,学生不仅能取得学分,还能培养行业所需的专业技能与知识,从而在毕业时具备更强的就业竞争力。
本课程获得“马来西亚科技专家局”(MBOT)的认可,赋予毕业生专业资质认证,进一步提升他们在高度竞争的微电子领域中的职业优势。通过将理论知识与实践训练相结合,本课程为学生在微电子、半导体制造及人工智能驱动的技术领域开创职业发展之路。课程同时着重强化产业接触,培育能够无缝对接职场的应用型人才。
什么是2U1I?
2U1I 模式代表 2年在大学学习 + 1年在业界实践,一个旨在强化产业实践、培养职场即战力毕业生的学习模式。学生可选择产学结合(WBL)模式,即为期一年的企业实习。通过这一途径,学生不仅能获取学分,还能积累实务经验,掌握行业所需技能,并大幅提升就业竞争力。

产学结合学习(WBL)修读资格:
· 必须完成第一、二年级所有课程科目(含 MPU 课程要求)。
· 必须符合业界合作伙伴所规定的其他额外条件。

Minimum score of 107- International applicants who do not meet the respective academic programme’s English Language Requirement will need to improve their proficiency by enrolling into the English for Tertiary Education programme (R/KJP/00920-00929) which helps them prepare for attaining a required band score. Placement into the various levels of the English for Tertiary Education programme depends on the English Language qualification students have at the point of admission and/or the outcome of the English Placement Test.
